A little about me...
Smokey,
I took Smokey in as a Temporary Foster November of 2018 right after Hurricane Micheal, he was rescue from Bay County. He was a very playful puppy and loves to chew. I’m not sure how many beds he has went thru. I just had the hardest time when trying to pick his new family as he really needed a lot of attention and after mainly students were looking to adopt him we finally decided we would just adopt him. I’m a huge foster fail. I hired a trainer to help me and after just a few lessons he was a joy to live with. I think personality wise he really has a lot. He can change he’s expressions with his ears in a moment. His favorite thing is playing in the sprinkler!!! Loves it!! But doesn’t like a pool? He loves to play fetch with balls and brings them right to you. He loves his walks and never meets a Stranger whether it be people or dogs. He kisses them all. My niece said if she were homeless she like to have Smokey for a dog as he looks big enough nobody would mess with you but he would snuggle with you at night to keep you warm and safe. He loves to ride in the car to go to groomer and he is an excellent car rider except the day he got in my cupcake box that I forgot about when I was talking to someone while standing by my car. He loves to be massaged after a good play time and he loves his “Cookies and Crate”. He can jump over baby gate with he ease of a gazelle and hop on the dog house as a time out when he’s tired of playing with his sister Skye. When he is running he can turn on a dime like a barrel racing horse and kinda sounds like a horse when he’s running. Oh and he hardly ever barks! Just at the Turtle next door! Smokey is a really cool Dog and a Great additions to out home. So glad I said sure I’ll be a temporary foster for 2 weeks. Adopt don’t shop! So you can find your Smokey too!
