A little about me...
My husband and I adopted Banjo from the Animal Shelter just one month ago. On the same day we adopted him, my husband and I went to a bluegrass concert (we love bluegrass music), so that's how Banjo got his name. We look forward to taking him to bluegrass festivals and camping trips in the future. Banjo gets to go to work with my husband almost every day - and he loves it! He rides in the truck, taking in all the sights and smells, and gets to explore new places all the time. Recently, while out on a job (in a horse pasture), a horse wandered over to investigate. Banjo decided the horse was getting too close, so he barked and the horse promptly trotted off. From that moment on, Banjo has assumed the role of guard dog, keeping an eye out for nosey on-lookers and other threats. My husband says Banjo takes his job very seriously. After work, Banjo loves to relax on the couch. He loves to cuddle and give kisses and have his belly rubbed. He enjoys being in the back yard, too, playing fetch and running super fast - like a greyhound - when he gets a case of the zoomies! When playing fetch, I love how after he retrieves the ball, he flips his head up with the ball in his mouth, as if to toss it to himself as he's running around the yard. So cute!
