To Palmer's human Mom Lisa, it was he who rescued her and not the other way around. The two pals met at Lisa's work at Animal Eye Clinic and have been inseparable since. Despite having only one eye, Palmer sees the world as a "doggy bowl half full" and loves everyone he meets and everything he eats (including an occasional bowl of cat food). A fashionista, he can be found sporting the latest thunder shirt, pool floaties and on special occasion, his favorite rubberduckie bathrobe.
