Dahlia is a five year old sweetheart who adopted me on May 31 from the LCHS. Deidre told me it might take a while for her to settle in with me because she had been “shuffled around a lot”. The next night she fell asleep on my lap. She is a
love-bug. My neighbor came over to visit last week and Dahlia jumped up on his lap (uninvited) and kissed him on the nose. She’s only been with me for about six weeks and whichever room in the house I am in, I just have to look around to find her there with me. She follows me from room to room. Dahlia is a charmer, and I cannot fathom how anyone could have given her up. I love her more than I could ever say.
