A little about me...
Gracie Lou Freebush was found wandering on the side of a busy road. We pulled over to make sure she was ok, and she ran up to the car and rolled over on her belly, wagging her tail. She had no collar, no name tag, and no microchip. Instead of taking her to the shelter, took her to be checked by our veterinarian, and it is a good thing we did. She had heartworms. There is no way we were going to give her up now! We knew we had to adopt her. After 3 months of treatment, she is now heartworm free. She is so sweet and trusting, and wants to be around people all the time. I am so thankful that she found us, and chose us to be her family!
