A little about me...
Ninja Bunny (most commonly known as Bun), is a four year old cat that came to our family through LCHS. I saw Ninja’s story and photos one day and knew instantly that she was meant to be our cat.
Ninja had mutltiple severe injuries when she was found by a good Samaritan. Thankfully, LCHS stepped up and assisted in Ninja’s rescue and rehabilitation.
Ninja is a tough little cookie who made it through, but had to have one of her legs and most of her tail amputated. When discussing her adoption with my husband, he agreed under the condition that this kitty had to keep her foster name of Ninja Kitty, “because she earned that name”!

Even with such a difficult beginning and initial fear of people, Ninja became affectionate and sweet. She doesn’t quite meow, but more chirps and trills the most adorable sounds. Sometimes, Ninja runs up and puts her little leg on mine, her signal for ‘pick me up, I’m ready to cuddle!’ If I sit on the couch, she loves to join me. She will sit right on my chest, in my lap, or even cradled In my arms like a baby.

Missing one of her front legs, it seems to be easier for Ninja to run than walk. She resembles a rabbit hopping as she zooms around, so her name became Ninja Bunny and morphed from there to the more commonly used Bun, Bun-Bun, or The Bun!
