A little about me...

Bojangles was found in the Bojangles parking lot one late night. She ignored the piece of chicken was that tossed to her and instead ran straight into my arms.

The rest is history.

LCHS took her into their cat program with me being her foster, where we discovered that she was already spayed but not chipped. I suspect she was dumped by her previous owners, as soon after she broke out in these itchy, raw, red patches—allergies.

Thankfully, LCHS covered a full allergy panel for her where we discovered she was allergic to dust mites, fleas, and common grasses. After a years-worth of tedious allergy shots, you would have never guessed she even had any! Her skin cleared up, her eyes grew less crusty, and her fur grew so soft.

I very quickly knew she wasn’t going anywhere after that, and I happily foster-failed.

Nowadays, she rules my household. Her favourite activities are bringing me her beloved toys (which varies between a stuffed sushi and a rubber chicken) and calling to me that she “caught” me something. Often times I will wake up to them near me on my bed. Bojangles also loves grooming me and laying in my lap, where she’s always purring. She loves people! Other cats… not so much, but she tolerates them.

Recently, we found out she also has asthma, and I call her my Triple A cat: Attitude, Allergies and Asthma.

She is worth every penny, though, and I hope you’ll consider voting for her! She is truly the best cat, and I couldn’t be more blessed to be the one she chose.
