A little about me...
Phoebe Buffay was on the run & picked up by Tallahassee Animal Services a little over a year ago. No one knows her background, how long she was on the run, or what she may have had to fend off. Estimated at 2 years of age & found to be heartworm positive at the time of incarceration, she is a sassy, street-smart, people-loving girl. She now lives a good life in her adoptive home where she is the boss lady. Her interests & activities include membership in the neighborhood dog-barking chorus, president of "Down With Duck-Hunter & Fireworks Noises Unlimited", and she recently made the cheerleading squad. Her hope is that through her Tallahassee Humane Society outreach, more animals will receive heartworm preventatives & other medical attention they deserve and need. Remember - A vote for Phoebe Buffay is a vote for all dogs who may look look like a ragamuffin but have good hearts & give good kisses! Thank you.
