This is the day after Gideon (the big one) chose Miranda (the little one) to be his sister. He had seemed so sure of himself the day before - "I want THIS one, Mom!" he seemed to tell me with those pleading eyes (that I can never say no to) after they both plopped to the ground, exhausted from jumping on top of each other. His look here seems to be more along the lines of, "What did I get myself into?"

Happily, 9 months later, they're still best buds. Miranda and I are glad you chose her, Gideon!
