Lucy joined our family 2 years ago. She had two brothers that were adopted before her and when I noticed her waiting to be adopted she looked so sad and depressed. She was in a cage below a cage of cats and only a couple of months old.

As soon as we were home Lucy became a bundle of energy. She can run almost as fast as a greyhound, but licks herself like a cat. I keep telling her she is not a cat, but she is not convinced. She was very shy at first, but now she is a warm compassionate friend.

Her trademark is the cute way one ear is always up and one is down. Lucy loves Italian food and puppy pepperoni. She also eats her dog food, but is a bit nocturnal and prefers to crunch her dog food loudly at night while we are trying to sleep. Her daytime hobbies are chasing squirrels and jumping on the trampoline. Lucy would definitely bring the cute factor to the calendar!
