Grace is a LCHS rescue cat that actually rescued us in January 2015 after the death of our previous cat. She is a 1.5 year old calico. When we went to LCHS to find another cat, we found she had been segregated to the downstairs bathroom because she did not get along with other cats. After spending some time with her we went to look at other cats, but when we walked back by, she was still sitting at the door looking for us. We found after a few days Grace is a "sock thief". Grace likes to take socks around like they are her babies, especially at bedtime. You can see a pair of socks on the bed in the photo. When we go to bed she starts meowing and will bring her sock babies in our bedroom to spend the night. She loves people and especially children and has a sweet personality all her own. We are so glad that she is part of our family.
