A short paragraph (250 words or less) that tells voters something fun or interesting about the pet in the photo. For example, is this a LCHS adoptee or rescue dog? How long has he or she been a part of your family?
Montana and his litter-mates were just tiny helpless little kittens when they were found as strays without their mother, who was presumed dead. They were bottle-fed, cared for and weaned by my veterinarian and his staff. Montana was noticeably different from his litter-mates in that his fur was lighter and he had spots on him that resembled that of a wild bobcat. Thus, when I adopted him I named him, "Montana", after the state which I equate with another type of wild cat, the mountain lion.
