My Story
Our names are Gunner and Willow. We are Charcoal labs, which is the recessive gene of a black lab. I (gunner) am 3 1/2 years old and weigh about 90 lbs. I am a big boy who is sweet as can be and loves to cuddle and be lazy with my mom, dad and sister but when it comes to being outside, I could stay there all day, I'm good at supervising when my dad washes cars and I just like to watch people walk by. Although I am content sleeping all day, my all time favorite thing is to play frisbee, and when I want to play, we play, I refuse to take no for an answer and will talk back if I have to. I (willow) am almost 3 years old, I was the runt of my litter, so that's why I only weigh about 50 lbs and have folded ears. My parents call me the "ultimate Diva" but that word doesn't do me justice. I don't lay on hard floors, I love furniture, especially leather and I don't like to go out when it rains, I don't like to get my feet wet and I close my eyes so I can't even see where I'm going. I always have to have a prop for my head no matter where I lay. I even sit in a chair or porch swing when were outside. Lets just say we have our mom and dad trained well!

My favorite pastime is
Willow: Is stealing the spot where my dad sits, whether its on the bed or the couch, I wait until he gets up and I steal it! It doesn't matter where we are, wherever he sits, I want and I get what I want. I will race down the hallway to get to his spot before he does. He gets mad, but this is my favorite game.
Gunner: playing frisbee, I am beyond obsessed. If I don't get my daily dose of exercise, unless its raining, I will go nuts! I will bug my mom and dad until they can't take it anymore!

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Willow: my mom and dad got me an allergy test done, because when I turned 2, I lost alot of hair and developed bad skin rashes all over my body. My mom and dad got the results and found out that I'm allergic to everything, so they switched my food and now they feed me on of the most expensive foods on the market!
Gunner: My mom and dad bought me a frisbee and a baby swimming pool. So when its super hot and humid during these Mississippi springs and summers, I can play frisbee all I want, then hop into my pool to cool off.

I can't live without
Willow: constant belly rubs and a pillow to prop my head up. I will continue to roll over and paw and nibble at my mom and dad until I get rubbed. My belly rubs are top priority.
Gunner: my frisbee, as you can tell I love this thing and need to play with it everyday. Nothing gets in my way when I'm playing with it, no person, dog or other animal will distract me from my frisbee.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
Gunner: One time, when I was a puppy, my mom and dad got brave and let me stay out of my cage when they went to dinner. BAD IDEA. I got so mad that I ate the carpet and padding in the bedroom and when I got tired of that, I switched to a wooden leg on my moms table. lets just stay it was a LONG time before they left me out again.
Willow: One time my mom left her medicine on the table next to her bed, and I was super mad that she left me and gunner home, so I ATE it! she was so mad, but she was more worried about my health and got me all fixed up so I wouldn't get sick.

The funniest thing I've ever done is
We quickly learned how good human food is and we learned even faster when my mom and dad order food to go. When mom and dad say " Can I place a pick up order", We go NUTS! we run up and down the hallway because we know that we get to go with them! We also don't like when we have to wait to go get the food, we are very impatient, so be bother mom and dad until they get up to put us in the car!
we also like to wake up when we want to wake up, so we constantly let out the most pitiful, high pitched, long yawns until my mom gets up to take us out and feed us breakfast. We have them trained so we always get what we want!

My favorite place to go is
BOTH: We love to go to our grandma and grandpas house, they take good care of us when my mom and dad go out of town and they feed us lots of treats. We also love to ride in the car anywhere there is a drive thru window. We expect treats everywhere, especially at chickfila, the bank and the pharmacy!

I'm completely obsessed with
Gunner: my frisbee and stuffed duck. my two favorite toys that I can't live without. Everytime my mom and dad get home, I wait at the door with it in my mouth, I even take it with me to go potty.
Willow: My bed. My mom made me a comfy cubby hole on the side of her bed where she has my bed, a long pillow so I don't have to touch the bed frame, a big new fleece blanket to keep me warm AND a pillow to keep my head propped up.
