My Story
I was adopted in May of 2012 and I was 2 years old. My previous people couldn't handle me so they took my collar and tags off and let me go. I spent a few months in the shelter and it was so scary. Then my new mom and dad stopped in and decided to meet with me. Even though the shelter couldn't tell them much about me they decided to take the risk and apply to adopt me anyway. I'm sure glad they did! Now I'm the happiest I could ever be. I'm a wicked momma's puppy. She's even taken me to a few dog friendly events this year and I think I impressed her with my ability to learn so quickly how to behave in situations where lots of different dogs are around. I love going to the local dog park and playing with all the other dogs now! Before, I was very anxious and nervous around other dogs but I've come out of my shell. I know my mom and dad love me very much and I love them too! I wonder if they'll let me have an adopted brother or sister... That would be so much fun!

My favorite pastime is
Chewing and shredding toys to bits, of course. And going with my mom to dog friendly events and the dog park!

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Took the risk and gave me a second chance! I don't know where I'd be if my mom and dad hadn't adopted me!

I can't live without

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
Ooooh, I might have eaten half a can of Crisco.. I learned my lesson though. Eeew.

The funniest thing I've ever done is
I ran like a crazy dog through the little pool my mom and dad got for me to play in this summer. I'd run full speed through the driveway and leap into the pool, spash around and lay in the water, lay still and wag my tail and suddenly leap out of the pool and run in circles and do it all over again. My mom laughed pretty hard. Hehehe

My favorite place to go is
The local dog park, my mom's parents house, or PetSmart!! Mom can't help but buy me a new toy everytime we go.

I'm completely obsessed with
Dissecting stuffy toys to get the squeaker out!
