My Story
Moose the Goose turned 16 on 10/4/2013

Moose: I was born in Santa Cruz California and spent the first 5 years of my life in Aptos, CA where I enjoyed swimming in the ocean everyday, fetching the ball.

At 16 I get up at 6 am and get my pops up to feed me my breakfast, he makes me a big stew of chicken thighs, beef (hearts, gizzards, rump roast), yams, carrots and zucchini. Yummy yummy I get Breakfast twice once at 6 am then some more at 8 am, then lunch, dinner and midnight snack.

I still swim a few times a week in the neighbors pool and in a lake every chance I get - I skip swimming in the ocean since my eye sight isn't so great anymore.



My favorite pastime is
Eating, Sleeping, swimming and fetching, sniffing, repeat.........

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
When I was 14 I had a real hard time breathing and I was diagnosed with lyrics paralysis. My Pop's told me he was very scared to have me put under for surgery and was afraid of losing me. He told me he wanted me to have the best possible quality of life so he prayed a lot and I had the surgery.

It makes breathing a lot easier for me and I feel lots better.

I can't live without
Love, companionship, oh food, tennis balls, swimming and my Pops.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
Once my Pops was smoking two big tri tips for a bunch of his friends, I was about 2 at the time.

I was keeping an eye on Pops when he brought one of the tri tips into the house and asked my Mom to slice it and cover it with foil.

Pops went back outside and I stayed close by the tri tip but a little out of sight as Mom sliced it,covered it and walked away.

So I couldn't take it anymore , the smell was too overwhelming, I jumped onto the counter grabbed the tri tip and inhaled it down, oh so good as Pops ran in Moose no followed by well at least we have another one!
