My Story
My story is like many others. Hoss was adopted from a shelter, but the family didn't think he was for them so they returned him. That was to my advantage because when my husband saw him, we adopted him right away. He was such a good boy and just came running up to you, as if to say "take me!!"and we did!
Unfortunately, I lost him a little over a year ago to cancer. We fought the battle with both of our hearts together but I couldn't let him suffer and knew it was time to say goodbye. I think of him everyday and I still have tears everyday but focus on the fact that God had blessed me with Hoss for 6 years and I was lucky to have him. He was my shadow, even came to my office with me everyday because we were so attached. He was a patient boy. Everyone loved him and would always come to pet or play with him. He especially loved lunchtime. When he would go from person to person for a bite!
So, I would just like to share this picture of him, to show him off to everyone. My angel. He is a star in the sky at night for me as i look up and talk to him as if he was there. I love you Hossie-boy.

My favorite pastime is
Hoss favorite pastime was laying on the sofa and watching tv at night with everyone having a snack.

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
I think Hoss would say adopted him from the shelter and give him a house where he was loved unconditionally and part of the family.

I can't live without
Hoss couldn't live without his santa hat. He loved it so much I couldn't put it away at Christmas, because he would carry it around all year.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
growled at Boo, who dad brought home to join our family. I wanted to be the only "lab" child in the house.

The funniest thing I've ever done is
Taking a mouthful of Boo's food and running off to eat it when he wasn't looking.

My favorite place to go is
hoss favorite place to go was to work with mommy.

I'm completely obsessed with
Hoss was completely obsessed with his Santa hat. It was his and only his and if his doggie brother Boo tried to get it, he would follow him until he dropped it.
