Animal's Story/Bio
Pop is brother to Lolly, both 14 year-old senior cats with very “youthful” personalities- yes I mean running around the house in the middle of the night. Pop likes to come in to check on you while you’re sleeping, a soft little meow from the door. If you’re awake he will come cuddle you to sleep. He suffers from hyperthyroidism, so after about a year downhill and strange behaviour he is now stable on his medication twice a day. My mom and him take their pills together- there is nothing more precious than growing old with your pets. As a senior cat he is even sweeter and cuddlier than he was when he was younger. Some days when he’s watching the birds out the window or getting kisses on the head, it’s like he’s truly an old man, just soaking up everything good in the small stuff.

Why Vote?
Pop is a senior and a very sweet, gentle family-man. He’s always jumping up to cuddle, even coming when he’s called from another room like a dog. He’s not the cat he once was, walking with a little limp some days and staying in bed more and more now. His hair is a little wild, his face a little more aged. But his heart has never changed. He’s still the same Poppers, Pooper Scooper, Mr. Pop, Pizza Pop that he always was. Just a silly, chatty, loving ball of fuzz that leaves a fur trail everywhere he’s been. The amount of love he shows us, I wanted all of you to fall in love with him too :)
