Animal's Story/Bio
Layna was adopted from the LCHS in the fall of 2014. Like a total rookie, I was across the street at Shopper's Drug Mart and thought "oh hey! I'll go look at the humane society!" It was love at first sight. I signed and paid for her that day.
Layna's hobbies include terrorizing her dog sisters, trying desperately to steal human food, and riding around on my wheelchair!

Why Vote?
I've met a lot of animals who have been terrified of my wheelchair, but Layna was the first animal to immediately use it as a jungle gym rather than run away. She can be irritable, and sometimes I wonder what another family would have done with her had they got her. She's a dork (as you can see) but she's my best friend and I hope you love her as much as I do! You should vote for Layna because she's already a superstar, the world just needs to know it. She's taught me how to be tough, and brave, and that sometimes it's okay to pick fights with things 10 times your size!!
