Animal's Story/Bio
Autumn came to the Lincoln County Humane Society as a stray cat and after searching for weeks for a cat companion for my dad in a retirement home, we finally stumbled upon Autumn. She was very friendly, affectionate and loving when we first met her and of course dad fell in love with her. When it became apparent that dad could no longer care for her in his home due to health issues, my husband and I decided to give her a home with our existing two cats (one from the LCHS) and a golden retriever. After the initial adjustment period, Autumn fit into our home very nicely. I call her my "cuddle bug" as she loves to jump up on my lap for lovies and cuddles and also loves to sit on the window sill watching squirrels and birds from our apartment here in St. Catharines.

Why Vote?
After her long course of being a stray cat and ending up at the Humane Society I feel Autumn could use a little bit of recognition. After living in one home for awhile and then having to adjust to a different home with many other pets was quite a challenge for Autumn. She is a healthy cat and also an indoor cat which continues to keep her healthy and out of danger. Combined with the fact that she is just too darned cute would make her a sweet addition to the LCHS 2020 calendar next year.
