Each photo submitted must fit the theme of : Animals - whether they are in play, on the hunt, or just soaking up the sun - we want to see your (appropriate) animal pics.
All photos must be your original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials that the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
No humans should appear in photo submissions (for privacy reasons).
Each individual may make up to TWO (2) photo submissions. Extra submissions will be deleted. Promoting your photo(s) for votes is strongly encouraged.
Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
Photo submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
Little Charlotte’s volunteers (including volunteer Board Members) and their families are eligible to complete.
Entries will be judged by the public through online donations ($1 = 1 vote) to Little Charlotte's Rescue, a 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue. All decisions are final.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 photos per online voting. A 4th prize will be awarded, not based on votes, but based on a vote taken by the Little Charlotte’s Rescue Board members. The top 12 or more photos will be featured in the Little Charlotte's Rescue 2024 fundraiser calendar. In the event of a tie, the tie-breaker decision of prize distribution will be made by the Little Charlotte’s Board of Directors, and those decisions are final.
Little Charlotte's Rescue reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
Violators may be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted may be used by Little Charlotte's Rescue for submissions, social media, and 2024 printed calendars (one of our non-profit fundraisers).
The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable. They can be mailed (within the US only).
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry. If no response is received after five business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Contest is open to US Residents Only.
Online voting will end on September 10, 2023.
Winners will be notified by September 17, 2023.
