Todd is deaf and has some visual challenges but that has never stopped him from living an absolutely incredible life! He has even learned several hand gestures for sit, stay, come, down, good boy (yes), and no. He loves fetch, going for car rides, playing with his 6 adoptive brothers and sisters, and lounging in the hammock with mom. We are so grateful to LPDR for saving Todd's life!!
