Tobias was formerly Blue in rescue. He has blossomed from a hairless, shy boy to the most outgoing chihuahua that everyone loves. He’s the best travel companion and has been on several adventures across the US. His favorite activity is napping under his blankets with his chiweenie sister. Despite having some medical issues, Toby doesn’t let him stop that from enjoying life.
