Otto was rescued from Logan's Heroes in August of 2018. He is full of energy and loves to play with his toys. He loves to meet new people and he loves getting his picture taken. Although he is almost 60 pounds now, he still thinks he's a little puppy and jumps on you as if he only weighs 10 pounds.
