Sandy was a shelter baby that bonded with a somewhat anxious calico (sisters from different mothers)—both found their forever home with our family. She is fun loving, playful, affectionate, a sun worshiper and a professional napper. She tolerates a bit of short-lived dress up on holidays ( such as Cinco de Mayo). She could eat any time and anywhere, a blessing and a curse, and her internal clock let’s her know when you’ve missed mealtime so you can expect a vocal reminder until you have seen to her needs. She likes car rides in her bougie carrier if they are not too long and she can listen to Billy Joel.
