Jasper was adopted from a Humane Society in Illinois 4 years ago after reaching out of his cage and grabbing the ankle of his future owner. In his free time (all the time), he plays fetch, sleeps under the covers, learns to walk on a leash, and flirts shamelessly with everyone he meets. Jasper is a lover, a charmer, and a jerk who will steal food right out of your hand. He could not be more adored.
