William was rescued from the Arizona Cocker Spaniel Rescue after being found completely blind and matted in Tucson, Arizona. After he was adopted, his eyes, which were very painful, were removed, and it's been uphill ever since! William is a loving, sweet, beautiful, and happy 11-year old pup that doesn't let being blind slow him down!
