Pet's Story or Bio
Lil'Bit was a near-feral kitten that I fostered (and adopted) from the LASPCA. He was so scared of people that he hid behind his sister-from-another-mother any time someone would enter the foster room and would hiss when approached. In the fastest turn-around time I've ever seen, Lil'Bit turned from hiss-factory to purr-factory seeking attention and love from my fiance and I.

Lil'Bit is still shy and hides from strangers but he's the sweetest cat I've ever known. Many cats show affection because they want something; Lil'Bit only ever shows affection simply to show love, never wanting anything but love in return.

Lil'Bit now has 4 siblings to play with but he's constantly trying to make new kitty friends with each group of fosters that we bring home. He sits outside the foster room talking to the newbies as though he's trying to let them know that only good things are to come and that they shouldn't be scared. He reaches a paw under the door as if reaching out to comfort the little ones. He's such a precious heart of gold.
