Squeaks is a "foster fail" story.

She was our very first foster, and really went through a lot. Poor little girl kept getting sick, and was so frail, we almost didn't think she was going to make it. Thank goodness she pulled through!

Her determination, and feistiness, made us admire her. She wasn't one to give up, so we couldn't give her up!

One day, when she was supposed to be dropped off to get spayed, so she could adopted, we decided to adopt her from the Louisiana SPCA. She's very well loved by us, and her adopted furry brothers and sisters...especially Pugsley, who is a few weeks younger than her.

I am so grateful for shelter's like the SPCA, to provide programs such as fostering, to save the lives of kittens like Squeaks!

We couldn't imagine our household without our strong, confident girl!
