Loving Brown Babies Photo Contest: Rules, Terms and Conditions
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Welcome to the Loving Brown Babies Photo Contest!
It's important to understand the more votes you get for your child's photograph the better the chances that he/she will win one of our cash prizes while raising funds to support our Loving Brown Babies Photo Contest.
You will be able to increase the chances of your child's photograph winning by encouraging your friends, family, and co-workers to vote for your child. Votes will be $1 donation per vote and your friends and family may vote as often as they wish. For example if your mom, aunt, or co-worker donates the following, your child's photo will receive:
$1 = 1 vote
$2 = 2 votes
$3 = 3 votes
All donations for the Voting Period are non-refundable. Voting transactions are made online through a secure site.
Online Entry: To submit photos online, click on the Participate tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your child (no photos will be accepted in person or offline). Online entries will be accepted starting Friday, February 17
th, 6:00 AM PST and must be received by Sunday, March 5, 2017, 11:59:59 PM PST.

Three (3) words that best describe your baby or trademark statement (short phrase of 3 to 5 words) about your baby you would like others to know:
Geographic location: Parents of child (including the child) must reside in the following counties in order to be eligible to participate: Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter
Age: Child must be 0 – 4 years of age to enter. One child per photo, unless multiples (twins, triplets, etc.) No sibling photos allowed. The child must not have turned 5 on or before March 1, 2017.
Voting Period: Official voting online via social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram will begin on Monday, March 6, 2017, 6:00 AM PST and run through Sunday, March 19, 2017 11:59:59 PM PST. Winners will be announced online on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 12 NOON.
Submission: Once a photo is uploaded, it will appear in the online gallery on our website and be open to voting by the general public.
All submitted photos may be shared out on the Sac Cultural Hub social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter! Photos must be clear, of good quality and high resolution. All entries must be the original work of the entrant. You must own the copyright to the photograph.
Sac Cultural Hub retains the right to remove any inappropriate entries and also the right to not accept entries.
Additional Terms
By accepting a prize, the Winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or their child's photography and biographical information for promotional and other purposes related to the 2017 Loving Brown Baby (LBB) Photo Contest or any LBB Photo Contests by Sac Cultural Hub without additional compensation. The Winner, by acceptance of any prize, acknowledges compliance with these Rules and agrees to release Sac Cultural Hub, and officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, and agents ("Releasees") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Calendar Contest or the receipt, redemption, or use of any prize, including any injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the use, acceptance, possession, or awarding of any prize.
By entering the LBB Photo contest, you agree to grant the Sac Cultural Hub, their legal representatives, successors, and assigns the nonexclusive right and permission to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, publish, and distribute your entry, or any portion thereof, including your child's photo, throughout the world, in any printed form and by any kind of mechanical or electronic or any other method or device of reproduction, publication, and distribution known or later developed, during the full term of the copyright, and without notification or payment. Should you wish to remove your entry or photograph from the contest, please contact Sac Cultural Hub at contact@sacculturalhub.com.
Sac Cultural Hub agree that they will never sell your entry or rights in your entry to any individual or entity.
