Tootsie is a classy lassie who was born in Arkansas. She and her brother were the result of an unwanted pregnancy so they ended up at Beebe Humane Society. She was adopted and moved to PA and now has retired to FL with Mum and Dad. She enjoys boating (power and sail), long days on the beach, chasing squirrels, and of course eating. Look into those eyes and tell me you could deny her anything.
