Cooper Bo is a Dachshund mix rescued out of Morgan Co. Alabama via Madison ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation) as a 8 week old pup. DNA tests revealed mini-Dachshund (1/4), Red Bone Coon Hound (1/4), Great Pyrenees (1/8) and Spaniel (1/8) as his primary ancestry. His family likes to say he bays like a Coon Hound, leans like a Pyrenees, shakes like a spaniel and the rest of his low 27 pound frame is ALL Dachshund.

Raised by an aging Cattle Dog mix and hanging out with growing tweens/teens, Cooper developed quite a personality. He love the ladies (human ones), especially his Mamma and Grandmothers. Cooper’s lifelong passion project is perfecting his sqeakerectomy techniques.

Cooper Bo moved to Texas with his family in 2018 and has become a ranch house alert dog. He still does occasional work as a migraine alert and companion dog.

Cooper starts most morning hopping into bed with his Mom & Dad. He spends good parts of his day watching the world from a window. Ever diligent about oral care, Cooper receives a “toothbrush” (greenie) from his Grandma every night before he heads to bed. He is living his best life.
