Jackson is a "rescue" from a friend who could no longer keep him. Sissy came along the next year through the same friend. They've been Low Rider supporters now for almost 5 years. Little Oliver, although only part dachshund, was a foster dog who was terrified of everyone. Once he got settled into the family, it became clear he had found his forever home. These 3 welcome new fosters when needed, and "show them the ropes" so they can find their forever homes too! The photo was taken as we evacuated (at the last minute) from hurricane Ian. Our pups are an important part of the family and bring us joy every day. We're so thankful to be a part of Low Rider to help rescue dogs and bring some of that joy to other families.
