Eligibility:
The New Face of Lucas County Pit Crew Photo Contest (the “contest”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation.
Submitting Photos
- Digital photos will be accepted from September 18, 2023 - September 30, 2023.
- Email your entry to pitcrewphotocontest@gmail.com in the form of a JPEG, PNG, or JPG only.
- Photos must be high quality, unedited, and not embellished with any text, art, or watermarks.
- Photo entries must be a facial shot of one dog and contain the entire face/head (no photos containing humans will be accepted). Only one photo can be submitted of each dog owned. Separate entries can be made for multiple dogs. Please include the name, gender, and age of the dog with the submission.
- Any photograph taken by a minor must be submitted by a legal guardian.
- All dog photos submitted must be American Pit Bull Terrier or mix of any of the Pit Bull breeds.
- All submissions must be of a dog you own.
- You may submit multiple entries as long as you own the dogs and submit separate photos for each dog.
- One photo per entry.
- All submitted photos and information become the property of Lucas County Pit Crew to be used for any and all purposes, including altering the photo and using the likeness, without compensation.
- By submitting photos you are waiving your right to any and all legal action that may arise from participating in the contest.
- Lucas County Pit Crew reserves the right to select the top 10 photos to be voted on.
- Lucas County Pit Crew reserves the right to reject any photo entries submitted.
- Lucas County Pit Crew is not responsible for any technical problems or for any late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
- Entrants/Winners must be legal U.S. residents at the time of competition entry. Entrants/Winners must be eighteen (18) or older at the time of competition entry.
- By submitting a photo you are agreeing to any and all rules for the contest.
Winner and Design
- Voting will take place online.
- Jupmode has been very generous and is donating the design set up, t-shirts and will be creating sweatshirts for LCPC with the winning photos likeness.
- T-shirts and sweatshirts will be made available for sale initially at our 2023 Holiday Market on November 11th, 2023.
