Spike was found abandoned in the backyard of an empty home in College Station, Texas and found by my friend, Vicki Mayo's co-worker and neighbors. He was secured after they found the previous owner thru previous vet records and the gentleman had moved and left the dog. He gave the dog over for re-homing.
