Cooper, formerly Theo, is a LLR pup that came from the streets of Texas to living on easy street in Pennsylvania! He loves everyone, canine and human alike. He loves running with us so much that he goes bonkers at the sight of running shoes and clothes. Cooper is a sweet, sweet soul and we are blessed to have him in our lives!
