About Us

Lu's Labs is a foster based rescue, in Alexandria, VA, dedicated to the saving and rehoming of Labrador Retrievers and Labrador Retriever mixes.

We mainly pull dogs from high kill shelter and ensure that they have all of the necessary vetting, and then place them in foster home so that they can properly acclimate to being part of a family and so that we can see their personalities shine through. We then adopt them out to properly approved people and families. A happy dog makes a happy family.
