Contest entry is only $15 and each vote is $1. Every dollar makes a difference and helps us save the lives of more labs. Once you submit your entry, you can share it with your family and friends and encourage them to vote!

Cost of entry includes 1 desk calendar, but you can order additional desk calendars. We've also included an option to order a wall sized calendar, for those that prefer the larger size. Shipping is included in the cost of the calendars.

** Voting will be open from 9:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, October 22, 2022 until 8:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, November 5, 2022.

** You can vote as many times and as often as you would like!

The person with the highest number of votes will receive:
