MAD(Make a Difference) Rescue of WNY is a 100%volunteer, tax-exempt, non-profit organization consisting of people who are passionate about the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of the unwanted, abused and neglected street dogs of Puerto Rico. MAD Rescue of WNY:
- Rescues street dogs from beaches, roadways and towns throughout Puerto Rico.
- Provides foster and veterinary care, as well as transport from Puerto Rico to our NY base where all rescues stay until they find their forever homes.
