A little about me...
Smokey’s journey to us and his forever home was quite the adventure. He was pulled from Kentucky as a kitten in early 2018 by Maine Coon Rescue. (His mom was a stray cat named Milo.) He was ultimately saved by one rescue, hitched a ride with another and was picked up by a third who delivered him to his foster home in Ohio. His foster mom, Donna Yak, lovingly fostered him while the applications poured in. In June of 2018, we were notified that our application had been approved and instead of celebrating our wedding anniversary, we made the 1200 mile roundtrip journey from our home in Norton, Massachusetts to Cleveland, Ohio to bring him to home. He is as beautiful and affectionate today as the day we met him. I can’t imagine our lives without him. He is very much loved.
