Pet's Story
Miss Daisy is a 14 yr. old JRT. I rescued her 12 years ago from a puppy mill. She was the Mother of the litter and she was free. Ribs showing , so sick and her teeth had been kicked out. They thought she was around 2 because she already had 2 litters and they did not name her. All they knew was she liked to go for rides in the car. I put her in my car and she stretched out on the seat and looked at me. I said, "You look like a Daisy, I guess I be driving Miss Daisy" and she lived up to her name.
The absolute, sweetest, best dog ever! She goes into the local nursing homes to visit the patients. These days, she is almost blind and deaf and sticks to me like glue. She still loves hanging out at the stable and sniffing around for mice.
