Rules

You must submit one color photo of your pet and include:

1. Name of Pet
2. Your Name
3. Email address
4. Zip Code
5. Short Biography of your Pet

Once your pet has been submitted, share the link with your friends and family via social media, email and word of mouth.

• All photos must be uploaded. We cannot accept hard copies.
• Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue reserves the right to remove any photo that contains inappropriate content.
• There is a $5 fee for entering your pet into the contest.
• Each vote will be $1. Each $1 donation counts as a vote for that photo. Vote as often as you like.
• All dogs and cats entered in contest must be spayed or neutered.
• Photos must be of companion animals only— no people. All animals must be depicted in a humane and dignified manner. Pinch or choke collars will not be considered, nor will photos of visibly distressed animals.
• Only one animal may participate per entry.  Two or more animals cannot share one entry.
• Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue volunteers and board members may enter and participate in the contest.
• By uploading a photograph, you are certifying that you own the rights to that photograph or that you have the express written permission of the photograph’s owner to enter that photograph in the contest. All submitted photos and information become property of Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue. Entrant grants Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue unlimited, non-exclusive rights to the submitted photograph for all purposes without further compensation. Entrant grants Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue unlimited, exclusive rights to the artwork created from the submitted photograph.
• Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue is not responsible for any technical problems or for late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries.
• The contest ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 8/31/2014.  Winners will be announced on the Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue Facebook page.
• There are 3 top spots available to win.
• Mid-Atlantic Jack Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible. 
• The email acknowledgment reply to your online donation serves completely as your tax receipt.
• All donations are non-refundable.
