March 6th, 2021 transport.

Alice was rescued with a pellet in her leg! But, thanks to the Vet, the MAMAS Staff and her Foster Mom, Alice shows no ongoing side effects from this trauma.

She enjoys riding in her buggy behind our bikes, but her most favorite thing is following her nose down the hiking trails. And she is always the last to quit!

She has completed numerous training classes and has earned the coveted AKC CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Award. She has since become a certified Therapy Dog which now allows her to officially help untold numbers of people who need a friend at school, in hospitals, nursing homes and airports!

Soon she will be certified as a Diabetic Service Dog. She has a natural ability to detect when her Dad’s Blood Glucose has dropped dangerously low!

She is awesome in every sense of the word!
