We received/adopted Teagan (previously Yardley) 3 years ago in August. I'd been immediately drawn to her expressive face in her adoption photos.
She is an Australian shepherd mix (our vet says) and has the sweetest disposition. She crosses her paws when relaxing and looks so refined.
She "sings" to us when we return home from any trip, even just a quick trip to the store, in a lilting falsetto voice that is so funny and cute.
We recently bought a camper so we can travel with our dogs. Teagan enjoys the additional walks and sleeping with us, whether home or away.
She and our other rescue pup, Laddie, are great friends. Laddie washes Teagan's face as part of his morning routine.
"Teagan" in Gaelic, means "perfect", "beautiful". She is very much that, and more, to us. We are so happy to have this quirky, funny, beautiful dog in our lives.
