Moose and his siblings were found on the side of the road in Bamberg, SC. They were rescued by MAMAS angels and brought to the shelter. My spouse and I had been looking for a puppy to complete our family, and when we saw his grumpy, just-woke-up-from-a-nap face on MAMAS, we knew he was the one! Despite his photo, Moose turned out to be the sweetest, goofiest, wiggliest, friendliest, happiest boy--although he still makes his grumpy face after a long nap. Over the last year, he has grown from the puppy in this photo into 90 pounds of the good-est boy. Every day he makes my heart happy, and he brings so much joy to my life. He is the perfect addition to my family, and I love him. He's also pretty stinkin' cute, and I think he'd be great for a calendar!
