We rescued Chewy (“Falkor”) in January 2020 after he and his litter mates were picked up from a kill shelter in South Carolina. We were told he might be hard of hearing, but since he was just a puppy it might change. He ended up being completely deaf, and it makes him even more special to us! For the past 5 1/2 years, he has brought so much joy, love, and companionship to our family. We have two daughters now, and he is the most gentle and patient big fur brother to them. Thank you, M.A.M.A.S. for connecting us with Chewy, our family wouldn’t be complete without him!
