Before adoption by his forever family, Bogie was a stray who wandered into someone’s yard spending a year of his young life making friends with the homeowner and neighborhood dogs. Unfortunately, the homeowner did not want another dog (his loss!). Bogie required three leg surgeries to heal his rear hips and knees, but his happy disposition helped Bogie during his nearly three month recovery period at M.A.M.A.S. During that time he was exposed to countless dogs and people, meeting everyone with a smile and enthusiasm.

Since adoption, Bogie has brought a loving, youthful spirit to our home where regularly plays with Avery, another M.A.M.A.S. success story, while stealing hearts, couches, and toys along the way.
