Hallie was tied to a tree and fed occasionally by a neighbor who eventually talked the owner into letting her take the dog to the shelter. I saw “those eyes” on line and drove 3 hundred miles on Christmas Eve to bring her home. That was is 2015. She is now approximately 14 years old and still has a great life, still has “ those eyes”, and is the sweetest little pup ever.
