Hi! My name is Roscoe and I'm alumni of M.A.M.A.S. I live with my boxer sister (also a rescue) and my two hoomans in Washington, DC. My favorite place is Congressional Cemetery where get to roam free and meet new dog friends. I'm very good at giving you my sad face (as I demonstrate in this photo) so you give me lots of treats.
