I saw Rebel listed as needing an emergency foster. Right away I knew I would be a foster failure. Rebel was found chained to a tree for most of his life and was heart worn positive. He has a bare ring around the back of his neck where the collar grew into his skin and worn-down teeth from chewing on the chain. Now he is my endless companion, laying by my feet or often "under foot." No sooner do I put his toys away, he has pulled them all out. His favorite toy is a squeaker ball which he loves to have thrown so he can chase after it.
