Neither my husband nor I have ever owned a dog as children or as adults. But our eldest daughter pestered us for literally FOUR years and we finally felt she was old enough to be legitimately helpful and committed. Claude had been living in a series of shelters in South Carolina when we stumbled across his profile on a web search. His online photo and praise-filled profile seemed too good to be true. But they were spot on! Claude is a JOY to us. He is fuzzy, kind, loyal, loving, and alternates perfect balance between energetically active and seriously sleepy! He is the sweetest most cuddly, loving, silly and devoted little buddy ever!
